Lost Old E Mails

Someone Please Help!!!

I have outlook 2003 and recently upgrarded my DSL Modem to a DSL
Router/Wireless, I followed the instructions of my ISP and now have networked
the 2 computers together, however I have now lost all emails from Dec 2 - Nov
10 these are the emails which I recieved from the time I purchased the new
computer to the time I upgraded. My ISP tells me that there is nothing that
can be done.
Would appreciate any help in getting back those lost emails.

I am a new computer user and do not know alot so please help.

I have trouble understanding how the emails were lost. Did the ISP's
instructions include re-instlaling Outlook or office?

Did you previously conduct a back up of your system?
