Lost 'News' button

Was trying to add the 'News' button to the Go menu [as described in Office
Help]. By mistake, the News button was added to directly to Outlook's
standard toolbar [instead of to the Go menu]. I removed the News button
from the standard menu, now it's now available anywhere. I.e., Tools ->
Customize -> Standard Toolbar -> Go menu doesn't have News as one of the
buttons.

I've tried 'Repairing' Outlook from the Add/Remove Programs control panel
applet, but didn't change anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Shall we assume you are using Outlook 2003?
To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

Sorry about that - yes it's Office 2003.

And, worked just as you said.

Thanks!
