Lost my Reporting Tool!!!

Can someone help, I have had to re-install Vista RC1, and this time I was not
directed to download the reporting tool, how do I get it???

it's o.k beck thanks for the offer. I share this computer with my daughter,
and I had gone in to set her desktop up (she has Down's Syndrome) and had
taken all the shortcuts off that I knew she wouldn't need just so it wasn't
too cluttered. Of course I forgot that as usual, this makes all of the other
users desktop icons dissappear as well!!!!(If you alter one users desktop, I
think that it shouldn't affect the other!) luckily, I hadn't emptied her
wastebin, so I have had to bring them all back again, so that I could access
the 'help' icon.
