lost My Pictures and My Documents folders

I'm changing computers, so I copied documents and photos and then hit delete
button. Now there is no empty My Pictures or My Documents folder. The next
owner of my computer needs them. Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
I suggest you post your question to the appropriate group. This is for
