Lost my HD software

Help please, yes I'm a virgin and computer tech I am not. All of a sudden
when I click on my partitioned HD c,d,e,f,g a window comes up and asks me
what program do I want to open my hard drive, and lists many programs. None
of them work, so I guess part of windows is lost, or perhaps went into hiding
with McCain? Can anyone help? Thanking you in advance,

Find a local computer tech and have them look at your computer. You
seem to have been hit with a virus or spyware that has taken over the
control of your Windows.
