Lost my "Format" menu item

Just realized with a shock that the "Format" main menu bar item has suddenly
disappeared
What's the easiest way to get it back? I hate to go through a complete
installation again.

My menu currently reads as:

File Edit View Insert Tools Table Window Documents-to-go Help

Added DataViz's Documents-to-go app about a week ago to syncronize
selected Word files on PC with my PDA. Seem to recall accessing Format
menu item afterwards, but can't be certain.
 
Hadn't scrolled too deeply under Tools menu.
Wasn't aware of built-in menu category. Was
successful after following your advice. Thanks!!.

Built-in menus category. Drag the Format Option to the Menu Bar.
