Lost items in the Format / Size menu

I'm using Access 2003 and I have some knowledge and experience of it. My
problem is that by some accident, I have lost several options in the Format
menu. In the Format / Align submenu I have the align right, left, top and
bottom buttons on the tool bar but not in the drop down menu which is OK but
in the Format / Size sub menu, the options for Tallest, Smallest, widest and
Narrowist have disappeared from the drop down menu and they are not on the
tool bar either. In fact I cant find them anywhere. This situation now
applies to every Access Db I have. I have reinstalled Access but problem
persists. I'm probably being stupid but I can't work out what to do! Any
ideas anyone?

Hi,
you can right-click on the menu, Customize, select Menu Bar there and click
Reset button, it will bring it to default state
