lost my folder box

my folder box where inbox, sent, deleted, draft, etc folders are listed has
dissappeared. All I get is the inbox. How can I find the other folders? It
is not a question of having the "show read" box checked etc, I can't actually
find any of the folders themselves, Thanks.

View menu>layout>select Folder list>apply/ok
