I've lost my briefcase. How do I fix?

If you did not have items in your briefcase, you can
create a new brief case by right clicking on the desk top
and to to the NEW tab and there you'll find a brief case.
If your brief case had items in them, go to System
Restore. <Start>
<All Programs>
<Accessories>
<System Restore>
Then go back to a time when you had your briefcase.

Call 911 and report the theft! I hope it was insured?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache. Look for a file named "syncapp" and double
click it. An icon should appear on your desktop that says "My Briefcase".
Double click it and it will come up with this window that tells you how to
use it.
