lost my administration user profile

when adding a user to my xp professional, I accidently
made her the administrator. When I logged out and in
again, my complete profile, as administrator, was gone!
how can I set it up again, and retrieve my email,
preferences, software, etc.

Beth: By default, when another admin user is set up, the original is hidden.
Also, you should never use the original admin in case of computer troubles.
Why don't you just add another admin account for yourself. Here is advice
from a MVP:

Once you have created regular user accounts, the default Administrator
account vanishes from the Welcome screen, which you see when the computer
starts up. Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete twice at the Welcome screen to retrieve the
standard logon dialog. You can log on as Administrator from there.

Enable Administrator account on Welcome Screen

In addition to the reply from Rod, please note the following:
You should NOT use the built-in Administrator account for day-to-day use. It
is your ONLY way into the machine when your user log in goes belly up.
Create a User account for yourself, and assign in Administrator rights for
daily use.
