Lost my account settings

When I click on my account I receive this message:

Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible
causes of this error include insufficient security rights
or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists,
contact your network administrator.


DETAIL - Error performing inpage operation.

I can't get to my e-mail or programs. What do I do?

Create a new user profile and copy User Data to a New User Profile:
