Lost Mounted Volume - help!!

I have a partition mounted in a subdirectory on my C
drive and have used it for a couple of days. Today it is
no longer mounted. Disk manager show it as "Healthy
(unknow partition)" and the only option available
is "Delete partition".

Any idea what could have happened, or how to get it back?
