Lost menu because of startup

I was playing with start up and have hidden the database window and my menus.
How can I get them back as I can not edit my database now. PLEASE HELP!!

Darren,

Open the database while holding down the Shift key; this will bypass any
startup settings, autoexec macro/code etc. so you will get the full
menu, following which you can reset your startup options.
