Lost menu access

I inadvertently hid all menus, including the right mouse click shortcut menu
in my dbase. To make things worse, I had modified the menu bar to not
display the Tools tab so now I cannot modify anything in the dbase!!

HELLO......MCFLY!!

HELP, ANYONE?!?!
 
Try holding down the shift key while you're opening the database.
