Lost logical partitions

I need to restore my lost logical partitions. I had multiple logical drives on my primary hard drive. I removed my hard drive and hooked up a friends. The friends hard drive booted but had only a single partition with no logical drives. I removed the friends drive and hooked up my drive and now I have only a C:\ drive. The drive properties show that it is still full yet I cannot access any logical drives. Does anyone know of any solutions or utilities that I can use to restore the lost logical partitions. I have looked at PartitionMagic and as far as I can tell it will not restore lost logical partitions. Help!

I am using XP Professional...

I did a quick scan and I found this http://www.newfreeware.com/utils/1419/.
Perhaps it does what you want.
