lost internet explorer

moved computer to new location, installed dsl could not get it to run, tech
support kept telling me to go to internet explorer but every time I click on
the icon I get an error message saying this page cannot be found. When I try
reinstall interest explorer it says you have a newer version on your computer
but it is not listed under programs. Where is it?

You can get to the IE options by right clicking the icon on the desktop and
choosing Properties.

Or, open the
Control Panel and go to Internet Options there.
