Lost History with IE 6

I just downloaded an upgrade to IE 6 - and suddenly there
is nothing in my history file. Note - I downloaded this
over a week ago and have been using IE enough so that
there should at least be a few days worth of history, but
there's nothing.

Check your Internet Options control panel, on the General tab... History.

Which OS? W98 users have seen this symptom resolved
by deleting a History folder called %History%. Apparently
some links in the registry get crossed.

Do a Google Groups search with
percent "%History%" group:microsoft.*.ie6.*
if you need more help.

(We need to preserve that word percent because Google
ignores the actual quoted percent signs.) The threads I'm
thinking of occurred first in OE6Wishlist and then IIRC
in ie6.setup.)
