Lost header and footer

I have managed to create a document and lost its headers and footers on
some pages (all but the last two). When I click on View, Header and
Footer, on all but the last two pages, nothing happens. This has
nothing to do with the white space between pages which I can see.

I cannot bear the thought of copying and pasting all the information
into another document. Is there anyone who can help.

Headers and footers are linked to Sections and to each other by the "Same as
Previous" property. I suspect that the two pages that DO have the header are
in a different Section than those that don't. Look at the left side of the
status bar on the very bottom of the window: Page x Sec x ...

You should be able to eliminate the section break or copy the header from
one section to another.
