player software for IE when I rebooted it no longer shows that I hav
a hard drive
What Software is best to recover from this failure I bought the lapto
without any IBM softwar

You mean the BIOS can't see the hard drive?

With Ibm the most common foult is a head stiction
They can get stuck , it can be asaly repair by a trained person, but
need to open hdd for it
