Lost files in a folder

Hi All,
Just lost more than 400 files (word doc) from a folder on the server (win
2000), with "dir" in cmd I get list of remaning files and "File Not found" at
the end of the list. is there any way to recover the lost files?, I think
they are still there but can't be seen maybe because of folder/directory
entry corruption. I can open some files I know there were, by a third party
program via network within an OLE documt. Let me know if you know a safe way
to recover them.

Try this, I used it before and it worked well. You can download a trial I
believe. Don't load it on the corruptted folder PC. Load it on another and
map a drive to the folder. Good luck.
