Lost File

Running Norton System check I find I have lost
fileGAPI32DLL. Wityh a report
C:\windows\system\mapisrvr.exe. Aparently this is a
library file which I appear to have deleted as I cannot
find it. My PC appears to run normally and downloads from
the internet etc. Is this file essential or am I
concerned about nothing?
