Lost Favorites

I lost my Favorites after deleting cookies and temp files. I've searched
under Favorites for my user name and even in Administrator but they're just
not there. I did a System Restore to yesterday before I did anything and
that didn't restore them. I tried another System Restore to an earlier date
and that still didn't fix it. Any other suggestions?

Oh, I'm using Windows XP and the owner of this computer hasn't downloaded SP2
yet, if that makes a difference.

You mean /you/ lost the machine owner's Favorites?

Why isn't the machine fully patched?
