lost everything

Hi

hope this is the right board for this question. I have
windows xp home and just downloaded an anti spam program.
decided i didnt like it and uninstalled. as soon as i did
that suddenly everything has gone from my start menu, have
lost most of my programs, my outlook express folders.
never had anything like this before, any ideas how to fix
it?

Did you try System Restore yet?

Try doing a retore to the point just before you installed this anti-spam
program. Also, it may be informative if you said which anti-spam program you
used.
