lost email

Saw an email last night with 3 attachments but as it was late and it was long
in downloading, I went to bed thinking I had turned the computer off. This am
I could see the email but nothing else showed on my computer so I again shut
it down and have lost the email completely. Any ideas???
 
Go to your webmail portal to see if the message is still available there.

Also, in Windows Mail, make sure every mail folder you look in has the
setting "Show All Messages" rather than "Hide Read Messages".
