Lost dll upon XP upgrade

After I upgraded from ME to Xp, my pocket PC which syncs
to my desk top doed not work. It says I am missing
OM19.dll to allow Outlook to connect with Activesync. I
have uninstalled and reinstalled Office, upgraded
Activesync and still can't get it to work. I've looked
for the stated dll and can't find it.

What do I do?

Well, I synch my PocketPC with Outlook 2002 running on Windows XP Pro every
day and I don't have any file named OM19.DLL on my computer.
