Do you have the Catalyst Control Centre installed?

Also, make sure that you have all the .Net Frameworks modules (from
Microsoft) installed. Each level of the .Net Frameworks are unique
and not cumulative. You may need a different .Net level besides just
the "highest" number.

HELP!!

It did not get that way by itself. so if you did not do it on purpose,
malicious software probably did.

Scan for malware, then fix it.

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

These can be uninstalled later if desired.

Locate thee Attachment part of tip #397 - showalldisplaytabs-xp.vbs

Save it to your desktop, double click to run it.
