Lost data (?) or links in a databse

Hi;

I am using Access for some simple work, but now i have lost
a lot of information (several objects). I believe they still are on
the computer, but links are gone.
Anybody having an idea how to recover the base ? If I had
a backup, it had been easy of course, but that is not the case.

Links -- as in you linked to the objects in another database? What type of
objects?

Objects such as forms and reports and all are stored directly in the
database file -- there is no "other" file.

Could you tell us a little bit more info about what you're doing and what
you were doing?
