What sort of changes did you make?

Any errors in the Event viewer of the client, DNS server or your domain
controllers?

Can we also see an ipconfig /all of your client and from the domain
controller? That usually gives us a good start in diagnosing such errors.

Hi,
DNS should not have anything to do with this. It just resolves names
to IPaddresses. This problem was most likley caused by other means. I
would suggest checking the event logs on the system that disconnected you,
see if you see any error messages when the problem occured.
