Lost Compressed Folders (.zip) Capability

I had to install a 3rd-party decompression software to
open a stuff-it archive that was sent to me. After I
installed it, I lost the File/New menu option to create a
compressed folder. Microsoft's help file verified that
this can happen when a 3rd-party compression software is
installed.

I've since de-installed Stuff-it, but the compressed
folder functionality has not returned to my File/New menu.

Any ideas?

Open a command prompt (Start----Run----CMD---Enter) and enter this:

regsvr32 zipfldr.dll
