Lost clipboard

I want to put the clipboard shortcut in my Favorites list but can't find it. How do I
find it?

Go to control panel---add remove programs---on left side click windows
components. Put
an X on clipboard viewer.

Clipboard is not on the list.

Found it! clipbrd.exe

Clipboard viewer is the third item under accessories in windows components.
Highlight accessories
and click details.

Create a shortcut to clipbrd.exe

But note that this is *not* the clipboard. The clipboard itself is in
RAM. Clipbrd.exe is the Clipboard *Viewer*.
