Lost certain keys after SP2 Update HELP?

Please advise how I can fix this problme following SP2
Patch. My (six), (Backspace) and (forward slash) no longer
function. Thanks,

If this is because of SP2 - it is highly unusualy.

Do they come back if you uninstall SP2?
