Lost CD pics

I also have a full CD of pics that right up until 2 days
ago was working fine. Is there any way I can get the pics
back? Some very special moments I would like to get back.
Any ideas would be most gratefully received.

If everything was working, it may just be that the CD is dirty
(fingerprints, etc.). Try wiping with soft cloth.
Also, most computers have a CD-ROM drive and a DVD-ROM drive. Try it in both
drive. Try it in somebody else computer.
If this does not work, tell us what happens when you try to read this CD.
Any error messages?
