I have a Dell Axim, it came with Outlook 2002. I had to
re-install the programs on my computer and when I put the
Dell programs on it asked for this code when I went to use
Outlook. I have the original disk from Dell but no
number. Is it on the disk somewhere so I can enter it and
access my data again?

It is in the documentation that Dell sent with the Axim.

You should have a "Certificate of Authenticity" containing your license key.
If you have lost it, you're screwed.
