when i restart my computer it keeps saying cant find program
`c:progra~1\instal~1\{3061~1\setup,exe any ideas where i can find it or fix
this problem

Please provide the exact path. The path you gave us is incorrect.
c:program.... didn't you mean c:\progra~1....

Is there really a , in setup,exe?

That is a short pathname. In Windows Explorer you should find that under:

C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation
Information\{3061...................}\setup.exe

Check under C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation
Information\{3061...................} for the Setup.exe file.
If not there, than somehow that file got remove or the drive needs to be
chkdsk /f done on it.

If Setup.ini is in the folder, open it and see if the name of the
application is given.

To remove missing file from the Startup entries:

Download Autoruns from Sysinternal to your Desktop.

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autoruns.html

Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder. Double-click
"Autoruns.exe". Click on the "Everything" tab. Remove any entries that
mention "File Not Found" by right-clicking the entry to select Delete.
