Sure. Restore them from the most recent backup you made. Since you sync,
surely you keep backups, right?

My phone automatically synced with my Outlook calendar and I wasn't expecting
that. I have a current backup but don't know how to restore only the
calendar. I know where the pst file is. If I restore that will it copy over
my current file in its entirety? Will I lose copies of the e-mails sent and
received since the last backup? How can I keep that from happening? Thanks
for your help! By the way, do you know how to turn off the calendar sync so I
can get files from the phone but not overwrite the Outlook calendar?

open the backup pst using File, Open, Outlook Data file. Copy the items in
its calendar to your main calendar. It will be easiest if you use the folder
list view - Ctrl+6 or click the folder button at the bottom of the nav pane.
