Lost ALL Navigation when publishing updated site!

I made some changes to my index and lost all site navigation. I tried coping file to the host but no go. I am using frontpage 2003 and windows XP. I have a linux server with FP extensions installed

Thoughts??? www.ctgtoclub.org for reference...
 
Looks like page may have been edited outside of a FP Web/Site or not in FP
Reopen your site in FP, delete the nav bar or code that is there now, and insert a new nav bar, then save the page and File Preview
in Browser to see if it is corrected

Nope. This has happened before and now I just can't get it back. My client will be furious! Any other thoughts
