Lost all my worksheet tabs on excel

anybody know how to restore my worksheet tabs on excel
File,Edit,View,Fomat,Tools,Data,Window,Help,
 
Tools>Options>View tab, check Sheet tabs

Those are not worksheet tabs.

That is the worksheet menu bar.

Tools>Customize<Toolbars.

Checkmark in Worksheet Menu Bar.
