Lost all e-mails

Hi everyone -

I just tried to get into my outlook and it said that the
folder won't open. So I deleted all of my sent and
deleted items and tried to re-open but when i re-opened
all of my Inbox was gone as well. Can anybody tell me how
to recover those files or even if they are recoverable?

You need to be more clear on what you did. What information store are you
using? What was the exact error message? What version of Outlook? If the
folder did not open, then how did you delete anything from it?
