loss of connection

I have users in annother site that connect over a 1mbit dedicated line to
access the exchange server. Some not all experience loss of connection
constantly to the server and must restart the connection in order to resume
e-mail activities. can someone help me?

Those loosing connections may find there computer clogged
with sypware. I suggest that they download, install, update
and scan with Ad-aware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com

This sounds more like a network than an Outlook issue. What do your network
admin(s) say?
 
there is tempral loss of connection (dropped packets). But like i mentioned
this only occurs to maily one user and only when the TO: is clicked.
