Losing new contacts on phone

When I sync with Outlook using ActiveSync, I lose all contacts that I've
added to my phone. All updated information in Outlook is transferred. How
do I rectify this?
 
Read the instructions that came with your sync software and post questions
about it in a group that supports it. Sync issues are not Outlook issues.
