Losing Memory

I am losing memory on my hard drive and have no idea why. I delete the temporary internet file daily including off line content and cookies. I am down to 137MB of free space which is only 8% of free space left. Any ideas?
 
I did a virus scan. Also a scan disk and a chkdsk. Still have the problem.....
