Losing internet connection

While I'm surfing the net I sometimes see something that interests me. I
click on it and then the whole connection goes down??? I have to reopen
internet explorer and start all over again it is becoming a pain. Do I have
something set wrong????? Please help it's driving me

I am curious as to how much memory you have. And also when the last time is
that you ran the disk cleaner and a defragment check! I used to have the
same problem myself. I went to Best Buy and was told by one of the
technicians that I had this problem because of low memory and to many junk
files. They showed me how to run the disk cleaner and defragment options and
it helped. I also purchased more memory for my computer and have not had
that problem since. Just some suggestions that I have been told to do by
technicians from Best Buy! If you have a Best Buy in your area, please go in
and ask them anything. I have found that they have always been willing to
offer help and suggestions when I needed them. Hope this helps even a little
bit!
