losing contacts in to in email

Hi I use outlook 2003. I keep losing contacts from my quick fill when in the
to field, even though i use the customers regularly and they are in my
contact list.

any ideas thanks tim

Create a new mail profile.

No, basically you're starting with a new storage bin. All the old data
is there, you just have to import it back in.

I don't know what you mean by history and I don't know what you mean by
setting for your mail, but is certainly won't lose the mail (or contacts or
calendar or...). Just use the Mail applet in Control Panel to point the new
profile at the existing PST. Ignore anyone who suggests what you'll need to
import it.
