lose selected range when I right click

I have somehow lost the ability to use the right click shortcut menu on a
range of cells. Anytime I right click the selected range reverts to the one
cell I am on. I have tried downloading updates and detect and repair with no
success.
 
Any macros running in this spreadsheet? Any third party add ins like Essbase,
F9, Cube Analysis, ???

sorry but maybe its not the solution.

try to take a look on the control panel in your mouse buttum configuration,
it could be inverted.
