lose end of memo field text when double spacing

Hi,
I'm working with a db in Access 2000 with a lot of text.
Some of the fields have a thousand or more words,
although I have this problem in all memo fields, in forms
and reports. I'm trying to make a report with the memo
fields double-spaced. I set the line spacing in the
formats tab of the properties box to .1". Everthing
looks dandy, except that I lose the last few lines of the
field. Any insights?

Access uses information from the printer driver for the preview of the
report also, so you could have problems if the printer driver is faulty,
even if the font is not.

To test whether it's the printer driver, you could install another printer
(different brand and type), and see if the previews are corrected. You don't
have to actually have the printer of course. If this does fix the problem,
see if you can download an updated driver for your printer.

We're assuming here that it's not just a matter of having the page margins
too small so that the text is trying to print
in the unprintable area.
