loosing sound when small box appears on pp presentation

Why am I loosing sound when small box appears on pp presentation? And how
can I get it back?
 
Is it possible that you have the box set to appear on click and the sound set
to"play until next click"?

I often get the same "problem" on just one of my computers - I thought is
was just an issue with that particular computer. The only way I can get out
of my presentation is to click esc.

What kind of computer do you have?
