Loosing drive mappings - TCP/IP issue

I have a user running XP, logged into a Windows 2003 server. Her drive
mappings are visable, yet when she attempts to access the server, she gets an
error (sorry, don't have the message available). If I do a ipconfig /release
and ipconfig /renew the drives reconnect. Is there a patch or update that I
can run to solve this problem?

You really need to post the exact error message you see in
order to get a good answer.
