Loose cartridges in i550

Hadn't used the printer in a month or two, soon as I tried it demanded
a new black cartridge, put it in, printed text doc, fine. Few days
later tried printing some stuff with a few color logos and hilites,
color is way off. Open it up, and find a loose cyan cartidge, snap it
back in. Run a cleaning and nozzle check, red is still off. Sure
'nuf, red cartridge (ok, magenta) is loose, too. Anyone else ever see
cartridges just pop loose for no reason?

Seems OK now. Overall I've been completely happy with the i550.

I have seen a few of these printers where the cartridges don't snap home
positively but haven't seen any where they pop out once snapped home. Hopefully
this will not happen again.
