If you mean you want a video to loop back to the beginning and play over
again, I don't think there are any video formats that include this ability.
You can set your media player software to loop a video when you play it, for
example in Windows Media Player you check the Repeat option.
You can repeat video in the content of a file by making a copy of the video
you want to repeat, increasing the file size of course.
