Problem:
An error occurs during setup while trying to create the repository share.
The error reports "LookupAccountName failed".
Cause:
This is a bug related to setup trying to give the "Everyone" account access
to the repository share in NON English builds. The non English builds may
not have the "Everyone" group, it may be called something else, so the
install fails.
Workaround:
Temporarily create a local group named "Everyone". After "Database Setup" is
complete change the permissions for the "Repositories" share to allow the
built in group access, remove the "Everyone" group from having share
permissions and delete the previously created local group "Everyone".
